Global Giving support for Southern Highlands Foundation

Global Giving is large established fundraising organisation in the US which aims to provide disaster relief globally and connects not for profits, donors, and companies in nearly every country in the world. With establishing partnerships with not for profits it enables them to access the funding, tools, training, and support they need to serve their communities.

The Southern Highlands Foundation is very proud to have formed a partnership with Global Giving in 2020 to assist with BlackSummer Bushfire recovery. This year we are pleased to receive another tranche of $65,000. These funds are a wonderful injection for the Foundation as it will support further ongoing Bushfire recovery including wellbeing and community engagement projects.

Last year our grassroots projects like Wingello Plant Fair, PhotoVoice – Renewal and Resilience and Balmoral Hall Bushfire sprinkler installation were not possible without the support from Global Giving partnership among other supporters, and will have a lasting impact for each community.
